SF Sheriff(visit) -

Bank Levy - No reponse from Wells Fargo Bank, re: Sheriff's 1/21/03 letter. Winnie says to call Bank, then says she ask her supervisor to send letter again. I should call Winnie in 1 week.

Employer - SF Sheriff rec'd green sticky note from 'er, says employee resigned on 12/13/02, Mrs. L. Lee 202-7227.
Winnie says rec'd 1/30/03. Not typed or letterhead - green sticky. There is ALSO a green sticky about me saying employer did not receive a form - not true.

Both are on top of a form (Sheriff's, employer's?) that says Rivera rec'd $1479/month, paid 2x monthly; that 'er rec'd Sheriff's notice on 11/25/02; employee rec'd 12/10/02 (?) I ask for copies. Winnie says I should have gotten this form in the mail - but I tell Winnie I have rec'd nothing at all from Sheriff. We double check my address (it is correct.)

I can not read in full and can not read contents of the folder - Winnie is careful. Am I entitled to this?

SF Sheriff - No response from 3rd party (Monique Gonzalez), has notified Wells Fargo bank (I can not see this correspondence). Vague, but now expects money "pretty quick".

DMV - Sent US mail requesting forms to obtain Lisa M. Rivera's DMV records.

DA - returns call - unable to pursue investigation b/c limited resources. Agree to follow-up with SF Supervisors, who are now revising Rent Statute, to enable easier prosecution of cases like Lisa M. Rivera.

SF District Attorney - l/m message re: status of investigation of 6.15(C) "overcharging rent'. DA said before contact owner of buildling, and would contact former roommates of Lisa M. Rivera and Monique (Meru) Gonzalez. Rivera has repeatly refused to comply with SF Rent Ordinance 6.15C mandating disclosure of full rent. Misdomeanor.

Two calls to SF Sheriff today, finally got Ray.

(a) Bank Levy - Ray said he mailed letter to 3rd party (Monique Gonzalez) today, I will get copy

(b) Wage Garnishment - First he offerred to call employer, Planned Parenthood, then he wanted me to use Civil Action. He said again: no response from employer. Told him when I had gotten them on the phone, she said he had responded and would also mail me a copy.

SF Sheriff - visit today;

(a)Bank Levy
Winny very helpful looks at file. Ray did NOT send letter to 3rd party (Monique Gonzalez) on Lisa M. Rivera's bank account, as he promised. She will put on his desk.

(b) Wage Ganishment
No reply from Planned Parenthood. Told Winny I had called Planned Parenthood and they said (1) they did reply (2) will send me copy. Neither is true. Draw your own conclusions about Planned Parenthood in this matter. Prepare Civil Action

Visit Law Library
yep, Planned Parenthood in violation and accountable for payment - the garnishment order appears to be actually a lien against Planned Parenthood. Further, Planned Parenthood by misleading me has delayed collection process and made it more difficult and expensive (if Lisa M. Rivera has left state)

Real jerks in this world, in places you wouldn't think they'd be.
